We’re finicky when it comes to the security and confidentiality of our Sponsor’s project. We go the whole length to ensure the sanctity of Intellectual Property (IP) for our sponsor is maintained. To ensure this, we pay special attention and importance to IP protection every time a new project begins. We have been successful in protecting our sponsors’ interests through a non-competing business model while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality in project management. Each team member signs a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement and team composition is retained right up to the point of completion.
In addition, right from the partnership engagement, we ensure that we enter into a seamless online as well as one-to-one dialogue with our Sponsors. To achieve this we have deployed Webex-based virtual meetings, secured firewall-based systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems which enables our Sponsors access analytical data related to the project safely and securely.

This consists a suite of sophisticated machines like high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a full range of detectors, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), liquid chromatograph-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) instrumentation (API2000 and 4000QTrap). In addition, we resort to robotic machine – an integrated platform solution from PE Biosystems, which includes the Janus-8 Tip with Gripper and Plate Stacker, Victor3V with all five readout technologies with Injector, Mach-IIIM Cell Harvester, FlexDrop III EX Precision Reagent Dispenser and Trilux beta counter with six detectors.
Caring for the Environment is a core corporate value and as a part of this commitment, our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policy provides for the creation of a safe and healthy workplace and a clean environment for our employees and the community. It aims at higher international standards in plant design, equipment selection, maintenance and operations.
Be it personnel protection, or hazardous reaction handling or disposal of waste and effluent, at Chembiotek, a fulltime EHS manager along with safety committee constantly monitor and take initiatives to avert any hazardous event at work place. Training sessions for personnel are arranged for Hazardous Reaction handling procedure, First Aid, and Fire Fighting. We ensure that all the aspects of EHS have been audited by the EHS department of several leading pharmaceutical companies of EU and US.
