Early warnings of adverse ADMET issues curtail research budgets by averting expensive pre-clinical and clinical studies. Chembiotek provides an affordable ADMET assessment platform that will allow for the routine screening of NCEs for several ADMET parameters. In additionto this in vitro platform, we carry out in vivo pharmacokinetic measurements in mice and rats. Chembiotek's state-of-the-art Analytical Chemistry facility is equipped with LC/MS/MS, NMR and other automated high resolution equipment for data analysis.
