Assay development at Chembiotek focuses on therapeutic areas as well as on key drug targets. Stringent measures including routine Quality Control audits are taken to ensure the generation of GLP compliance data. Generation of detailed data reports for clients is a priority. The therapeutic areas we address are inflammation, cardiovascular, cancer, diabetes and CNS within which several enzyme and receptor targets are assayed.
We also have assays against protein classes, (for example kinases, proteases and 7TM receptors), some members of which are associated with therapeutic areas distinct from those mentioned above. Most assays are available in 96 well format with radioactive, fluorescent, luminescent or colorimetric readouts and use human proteins and cells.
