India is a signatiory to incoterms 2000 protocol and commercial trade matters follow standard international norms.

TRADE PROTOCOL :
IMPORT INTO KOLKATA ( INDIA )

STEP 1 :
Prepare invoice and export documents as required under law of USA / Europe.
STEP 2 :
Handover material Ex your warehouse to DANZAS or any freight forwarder ( Not Fedex or DHL Courier ).
STEP 3 :
Customs clearance at destination will be done by Chembiotek.
STEP 4 :
Kolkata is served by Lufthansa ( 3 Freighters / week ) and your cargo will reach by 7 days. If you have urgent cargo use TD Flash service of Lufthansa – 5 days Maximum delivery.
 

WE CAN HANDLE DRY ICE CARGO, BULK CARGO. RADIOACTIVE CARGO.

Do not use Fedex / DHL / any courier service ' door to door '

( Irrespective ) of what they claim. Import of chemicals by courier mode is illegal in india and cargo will be seized by authorities, and destroyed.

EXPORT: OUT OF INDIA

STEP 1 :
Chembiotek ( CBT ) prepares invoices and customs papers as per INCOTERM 2000, following international accepted norms only.
STEP 2 :
After customs clearance ( max 48 hours ) the goods are handed over to carrier.
STEP 3 :
Non-Dry Ice / non hazardous cargo of small nature is handed over to FEDEX ( Agent ), who carries to Mumbai and hands over to Fedex for destination ‘ Door to Door ‘ delivery in 4 days max.
STEP 4 :
Dry ice / hazardous cargo is despatched through Lufthansa and documents couriered to destination for customs.
If Customer / Client wants :
CBT can send drafts of invoices / paperwork for customs permissions at destinations and ship out on authorization.
Send through freight forwarder and courier paperwork to clients customs broker for customs clearance.
Send materials through dry ice if necessary.
